I have always been interested in many different things so I have completed various educations and today I have many different occupations. The most persistent I was in something I had to learn as a mother of children with special food requirements.
My knowledge in successful feeding and upbringing of children with food allergies by cooking and baking allergen free meals, which are also very healthy for everyone, can be of use to many people, those who cook and bake at home and those who do that for living.
My knowledge of allergen free cooking and baking is based on love and since love increases by sharing I decided to share this knowledge and to increase awareness of the need for healthy and special nutrition.
I would introduce myself as GASTRONOMIST – a person who unites the theory and practice in studying gastronomy.

graduated Tourism and Hospitality on Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management in Opatija with the graduate thesis from Gastronomy course: "Healthy nutrition in health recreational tourism“ – 1997.
